How are Essentiali products packaged?

All Essentiali orders are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection and placed within our custom Essentiali packaging.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. You will receive both an order confirmation once your order is placed and an order dispatch email. Please check your junk email as it might end up in there!

Where do you ship too?

We ship internationally! 

Can my order shipment be tracked?
Yes! We only offer tracked shipping in order to make sure you order is delivered safely.

Do I need to pay customs/import taxes? 
Depending on your delivery location, you may be charged customs/import duties. These are set by and paid to your government and are not managed by Essentiali. We recommend that you check these charges before placing your order - if you need any help, please contact customer support on support@essentiali.co.

Essentiali are not liable for any customs or import duties. 

Where are Essentiali orders shipped from? 
Essentiali have warehouses based in the UK and USA where all orders are dispatched. If your delivery address is based in the USA, Canada or Mexico, your order will be dispatched by our USA warehouse. All other delivery locations will be dispatched by our UK warehouse. 

How much does shipping cost?

UK (3 working days) = £4.50
Europe (5-7 working days) = £11.30 - £17.25
US (3-7 working days) = £10.84 - £14.12
Mexico/Canada (3-7 working days) = £16.86 - £17.39
International (5-7 working days) = £22.35 - £45

*Essentiali not are liable for any import or customs duties that your country may impose.

**Please note that international orders can be held at customs and this may delay your order delivery time for up to 30 working days.

** Time frames noted are from the dispatch date of your order. 

Can I return my Essentiali order?
If you are not happy with your Essentiali order then please contact our customer service team at support@essentiali.co who will be able to help you.

Please note you will only receive a refund if your order is returned to us in its original condition.

Returned shipments:

If the shipping service is unable to deliver your item(s) or customs payments are not made in time, your package will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive an automatic refund once your item(s) have been processed by our team. If you wish to reorder your items, you can do this via our website. Please check your address is entered correctly and select tracked shipping to avoid your item(s) being undeliverable.
